Welcome. Kia ora. Talofa lava. Malo e lelei.

A Note from the Principal.

Rowley Avenue School is proudly multi-cultural. Our children learn tolerance, acceptance, understanding and cultural awareness, in a very natural setting. They learn to thrive in a supportive and warm environment, where all children are known by name by all teachers.  Our recent 2014 ERO report (click here) commented that our school motto of ‘Learning Together in Harmony’ is “clearly evident in the supportive relationships and positive attitudes”.

If you are new to the area or considering bringing your child to our school we welcome you, and hope you enjoy our warm, open approach, and become involved in the life of the school. You are welcome at any time into the school, and into your child’s classroom. Children are our most precious taonga – treasures, and at Rowley Avenue school we develop genuine home-school partnerships to work together to provide the very best in education and outcomes for our young people. Take time to browse this site and learn more about our unique learning environment. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
